Good standard American Food. Scotty has been doing this kind of cooking for years and has it down to a science. Chicken Fried Steak, Enchiladas and your standard Truck Stop style breakfast. The only problem is it is not open late (2pm) and it is always slow on the weekends, even when the place is not busy.
