“Sweet Tea for ME!”
What makes this BBQ different is the dry rub. The ribs are excellent, brisket is good, chicken is juicy. I would stay away from the sausage, even though it is Elgin, in my opinion they do not cook it long enough. When I asked about this, the guy behind the register quoted the Health Code, as if I was Larry the Health Inspector, on how hot it should get. I replied, with well, I am sure it is cooked, but you should cook it longer so it is not as greasy and has a little more smokey flavor. Sweet tea here rocks!
