Austin Land & Cattle (ALC)
“Update: Not a Prime Steakhouse”
Doesn’t like it
So after the issues with Eddie V’s, I had to visit my “#2” in Austin.
The steak is good, but ALC is no longer the second best steak in Austin. I am now on a quest to find the second best…and maybe the #1.
Only the Top Sirloin is PRIME, the rest of there meat is not. Of the three steaks we had, Filet, Ribeye, and Top Sirloin, the Ribeye was the best, but could have been much more tender. All the steaks seem to need more salt before cooked to help bring out the flavor.
It is especially not worth the price of the Filet.
